A combined effort between the 3rds and 4ths just couldn't do enough to keep opposition Hanham at bay. Hanham scored first but early in the second half Redland grabbed one back with a fine scoop into the goal from Macy. Lots of team effort after that, with endless running from Tilly down the right and Beca in the middle.
The defence withstood a few penalty corners, Jasmine making some excellent saves. Towards the end of the second half the ball was consistently in Redland's attacking half and a draw looked inevitable. But Hanham broke through in the final minutes and slammed home a winner, leaving Redland precious little time to retaliate.
Lots of linking play and great team effort and energy again, MoM was Tilly for relentless running. Plenty to work on for next week and thanks to all the supporters for their vocal support which definitely spurred the team on.
